Item Pickup: All items should be removed day of the auction. The purchaser will assume all liability for items left at the auction site. Items left at the auction site for more than 1 week will be forfeited by the purchaser with NO REFUND. When an item is sold, the buyer is responsible for keeping up with the item.
Taxes: Sales tax will be collected on taxable items unless the purchaser is buying for resale and has a tax exempt certificate or signs a farm exemption form for farm approved items. Sales tax on vehicles is paid at the auction as well.
