It is situated on a good size lot, in a great location. The location is great if you wanted to use the property for other purposes like having an RV site, being that it's really close to Lake Cumberland. The mobile home is currently being rented for $500 a month.
Directions: Go south on Hwy 90 towards Monticello, Ky. Cumberland Drive is the first road on the right past the bridge. The lot is situated a the fork in the road on the corner of Cumberland Avenue and Walden Avenue. Auction signs are posted.
